2. Take Your Mould
Follow our simple instructions and make your impression in under 10 minutes.
3. We Craft Your Grillz
Send your mould back and our qualified jewellers & dental technicians handcraft your custom Grillz. Allow 3–6 weeks.
4. Wear Your Grillz
Your finished Grillz arrive at your door, custom-made and ready to wear. If they don’t fit correctly due to our work, we’ll remake them free.
Your mould kit will be shipped to you within 1–5 business days after placing your order.
Once we receive your completed impression back, your custom Grillz will be handcrafted and shipped within approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on your Grillz design and order.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Due to the custom-made nature of our Grillz, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns.
If your Grillz do not fit correctly or break due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll assess the issue in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and, where covered, repair or replace them free of charge.

Your grillz are custom-made to your teeth using an impression. After placing your order, you'll receive everything you need to create your impression, along with easy-to-follow instructions.
Your impression kit comes with step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. Once your impression is completed, you'll send it back to us so we can begin creating your custom grillz.
Our current turnaround time is approximately 3–6 weeks. Turnaround depends on the style, number of teeth, materials and customisations selected. This timeframe begins once we receive an approved impression.
