2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship within Australia using trusted carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to orders over a specified amount, as stated on the website.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Hollywood Smiles is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. International Shipping

we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $300 aud

orders under $400 are charged a flat rate based on region:

  • oceania (nz, fiji, png): $45 aud (5–10 business days)

  • asia (sg, my, jp, hk, th): $40 aud (7–14 business days)

  • north america (usa, canada): $50 aud (10–15 business days)

  • europe & uk: $50 aud (10–20 business days)

  • middle east: $60 aud (12–25 business days)

  • africa / south america: $60 aud (12–25 business days)

all orders include tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

please note: international orders may be subject to customs or import duties charged by the destination country.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may require photos of damaged items to issue a replacement.
