Hollywood Smiles – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hollywood Smiles, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Tooth Products & Hygiene Items

  • For hygiene reasons, tooth-related products including tooth gems, teeth whitening kits, and other items that come into contact with your mouth are non-refundable and cannot be returned once opened.

  • This is to ensure the safety and health of all clients.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos of the damage before issuing a replacement or refund.

3. Returns for Non-Hygiene Items

  • Standard products that are unopened and in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Hygiene products cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
