What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic, dental, or adhesive products.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Please note: all wholesale, course, and digital product sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.
Does Hollywood Smiles have payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans on both wholesale products and education courses through Afterpay, Zip, and Klarna.
If these options don’t suit you, please contact us directly — we can arrange a custom payment plan for our courses only.
When will I get my order?
